Question - Does anyone know if cats eat toads?
I have been seriously thinking about getting a pet. I am told toads do not need too much attention, either.

But cats in general tend to do that.

Date: 2010-01-30 09:29 pm (UTC)- nasty thing -and we were discussing how many pets I cannot have because the cat would eat it. I am not going to let a cat keep me from being able to do anything, so I have decided to get something.Besides, toads are funny-looking creatures. Rather amusing.

Date: 2010-01-30 09:33 pm (UTC)I'm more of a dog person, but they're not one of the pets they allow here at Hogwarts.

Date: 2010-01-30 09:36 pm (UTC)Oh, I agree! Dogs are great pets - It is a shame they are not allowed here.

Date: 2010-01-30 09:55 pm (UTC)Though I doubt some dogs would be happy in a school, considering they're size.

Date: 2010-01-31 09:14 pm (UTC)Of course, of course! That is also what the tank is for!

Date: 2010-01-31 11:49 am (UTC)I've been thinking about getting a pet, too, but I'm going to get an owl rather than a toad, I suppose.
Aw, yes I am, thank you. :)
Date: 2010-01-31 09:13 pm (UTC)Ah, a good choice! They are very handy. I cannot have one, of course, because my roomates' cats would try to eat it, I'm sure.
You were gone for such a long time :3 you're welcome!
Date: 2010-02-01 08:51 am (UTC)Yes, they are, comparing to cats or toads. If that's so, maybe you should buy a large one, so it's the other way around. Is that even possible? Thankfully none of my roomates own a cat.
Yeah, I was. RL was kicking my butt.
Date: 2010-02-03 12:10 am (UTC)Hmm, I could ask Daine, but I think I have enough information for now.
...When you say I should buy a large one, do you mean an owl or a frog? I do not think either would eat a cat.
Condsider yourself lucky.
That happens from time to time :3
Date: 2010-02-03 02:47 pm (UTC)An owl, of course. A large frog would be...how should I put it. I can't seem to recall the English word for it.
Daunting. That's the word. You'll scare everyone away with a large frog, except maybe the Slytherins. It would be amusing if either one of them or both of them does.
Well, maybe I should. I don't hate cats that much, though.
